VERMONT LAW CADET TRAINING PROGRAM

The Vermont Law Cadet Training Program is sponsored by the American Legion Department of Vermont and the Vermont Criminal Justice Training Council.  This program is open to any interested HIGH SCHOOL student, currently a JUNIOR or SENIOR (boy or girl) with a MINIMUM AGE OF SIXTEEN (16) YEARS OF AGE.  Students should contact their nearest American Legion Post for sponsorship (students should see their guidance counselor for contact information).

The purpose of the Cadet Training Program is to help young people gain knowledge regarding training and responsibilities of Law Enforcement Officers.  Qualified instructors will be used in all areas of training.  This year's program runs from June 21st through June 26th, 2015.
