Ford Motor Company Fund and Lawrence Technological University are sponsoring the "Designing for the Future" Competition. High school seniors or transfer students interested in receiving an award to LTU's Transportation Design or Industrial Design Programs are encouraged to enter. Over $100,000 in scholarships will be awarded to students completing the admissions process and submitting a design proposal in either the automotive or product track.
Graduates from LTU's program have 100% job placement in industry with offers from: Ford, GM, Mercedes (Germany), Nissan (UK), Peugeot (France), and VW (Germany). All LTU application and competition entry documents are required to be submitted on or before November 15, 2015.
Winners will be invited and announced at the MAIN Event in front of industry leading designers and executives from around the world attending the Detroit International Auto Show!
