TUITION BREAK for VERMONT Residents (from the New England Board of Higher Education)

For information regarding discounts on out-of-state tuition costs at state colleges and universities in CONNECTICUT, MAINE, MASSACHUSETTS, NEW HAMPSHIRE AND RHODE ISLAND for hundreds of degree programs not offered by Vermont's public colleges - please click HERE.

The New England Board of Higher Education (NEBHE) Tuition Break - officially known as the New England Regional Student Program (RSP) - enables eligible students to be charged a "regional" tuition rate, which is lower than the regular out of state tuition rate.

Students become eligible when they enroll in degree programs that are not offered by Vermont state colleges or universities, but are offered through the RSP Tuition Break by state colleges in other New England states.

Students should see their guidance counselor if they have questions after reading the brochure.
