The Vermont legislature recently changed the name of the Vermont Non-Degree Grant program to the Advancement Grant Program.
The attributes of the program remain the same:
The Advancement Grant is for Vermont residents enrolled or planning to enroll in a non-degree course or training program that will enhance job skills to improve their ability to get a job or that gives them an introduction to college courses.
The application itself will not reflect the new name until the 2020-2021 application is available in June 2020.
Over the next year you will see reference to the Advancement Grant Program on vsac.org and other VSAC publications as we transition to the new name.
