Girls Rock the Capitol Legislative Internship program is about to begin its eleventh year. As a GRTC Intern, girls in grades 9 through 12 accepted into the program will acquire the skills necessary to express their concerns to people in positions of power in hopes of moving toward positive change in Vermont. Interns must be articulate, mature and interested in advocacy or political service. Interns must be able to fully participate on all State House day, as well as training and evaluation. This commitment includes, but is not limited to, a fall weekend training session, an overnight at the state capitol, and attending legislative sessions.
