Tuition Break for Vermont and New Hampshire Residents (New England Board of Higher Education)

Tuition Break, officially known as the New England Regional Student Program (RSP) enables eligible students to pay lower tuition when they attend out of state new England public colleges and universities.  A student must be a permanent resident of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Vermont and enroll in an approved degree program offered by a specific public college or university in another New England state.  The approved degree programs are listed on NEBHE's website (www.nebhe.org/tuitionbreak).  Click here for a copy of the Tuition Break for Vermont Residents brochure.  If you have questions, seniors and students interested in more information for their future plans should see their School Counselor.
