Who should attend?
Any student who has a passion or strong interest in one of the topics being offered at Winter Weekend should attend. All programs are residential to allow students from every region to attend, and tuition is sliding scale so cost is never a barrier.
How does the application process work?
Students apply directly to GIV either on-line or via paper application. Applications are considered on a rolling basis beginning December 10, 2016. Students are encouraged to apply early because many topics are likely to fill prior to the January 16, 2017, application deadline. Acceptance letters will go out by January 26, 2017.
How does tuition work?
Students and/or their families are responsible for paying tuition. Students can apply for reduced tuition with their application. Winter Weekend tuition ranges from $10 - $295 and GIV works directly with families to make sure it is affordable for everyone.
