GOVERNOR'S INSTITUTES OF VERMONT - SUMMER 2018

GIV summer programs offer extreme learning and extreme fun!  Students currently in grades 9 through 11 will pursue their individual academic and creative interests at an accelerated pace and depth beyond what most schools offer. GIV grows students' awareness of their own creative or intellectual talents while growing their resumes.  Students will be surrounded by those with similar interests and will make lasting friendships.   The deadline for Windsor students to apply is Thursday, March 22, 2018.  Please contact Heather Toth, School Counselor (heather.toth@wsesu.net) if you have questions. There are ELEVEN institutes offered:

  • Arts (June 24 - July 8 @ Castleton University)
  • Architecture, Design & Building (July 15 - July 21 @ Norwich University)
  • Astronomy (July 15 - July 21 @ Northern VT University - Johnson campus)
  • Current Issues & Youth Activism (July 1 - July 10 @ School for International Training)
